In summer of 2020, Bachelor Nation strolled down memory lane and relived the most iconic romantic moments and jaw-dropping drama on “The Bachelor: The Greatest Seasons – Ever!” The episodes followed past Bachelors and Bachelorettes on their journeys to find love. The Bachelor franchise reached out to me to feature a baked good reimagining the key art from Kaitlyn Bristowe’s season that was on The Bachelor: Greatest Seasons - Ever! Here is what I came up with and I was featured on all of the official Bachelor’s social media accounts!
Starting from the top, I included the dresses from premiere night of both Kaitlyn and Britt. I really wanted to include both in there since this season (at the time) went down in history as the only one ever to begin with 2 bachelorettes.
As another topper, I created a claddagh ring out of an engagement ring shape (and included the abc logo in there!) Since Kaitlyn spent so much of her season in Ireland, I thought the ring was a nice way to represent her time and relationship growth/ self growth she developed there while figuring out what she was looking for in her future husband.
The top tier cake has a bird on it, mirroring the bird tattoos that Kaitlyn has on her arms. They seem to represent her as a person, since she states that they are the only bird to “always fly home,” and that means a lot to her.
And lastly, the bottom tier is covered in red roses, because what would be a Bachelor or Bachelorette themed cake without red roses?!
